摘要:
以XH医院为例，从预算顶层设计、紧扣资源配置核心、树立预算管理理念、强化预算过程控制、加大预算考核力度等方面，介绍医院全面预算管理的实践探索。全面预算管理能够有效提升医院运营管理水平，为实现公立医院“高质量发展”奠定基础。
Abstract:
Taking XH hospital as an example, this paper introduces the practice and exploration of hospital comprehensive budget management from the aspects of budget top-level design, close attention to the core of resource allocation, establishing the concept of budget management, strengthening budget process control, strengthening budget assessment and so on. Comprehensive budget management can effectively improve the level of hospital operation and management, and lay the foundation for the "high-quality development" of public hospitals.
