摘要:
温州市在DRG支付改革过程中，探索不同医疗难度病组在不同层级医疗机构之间的差异，据此实施基础病组“同病同价”，与医联体、医共体建设相结合，优化扩大基础病组范围，激发行业内在调控动力，使DRG支付改革切实推动分级诊疗。
Abstract:
In the process of DRG payment reform, Wenzhou explored the differences between different medical difficulty groups in different levels of medical institutions, and accordingly implemented "the same disease, the same price" in the basic disease group, combined with the construction of city medical alliance and county medical alliance, optimized and expanded the scope of the basic disease groups, stimulated the internal regulation and control power of the industry, and made the DRG payment reform effectively promote hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
