摘要:
目的：探究城市老年人对智慧健康养老服务的支付意愿及影响因素，了解其需求。方法：通过问卷调查收集数据，采用有序多分类逻辑回归模型分析数据。结果：老年人对智慧健康养老服务的支付意愿较低，受教育程度、职业、医保类型、主要照料人四个因素对老年人的支付意愿具有重要影响。结论：完善智慧健康养老体系，加强智慧健康养老产品的适老性，细分智慧健康养老市场，探索智慧健康养老与医疗保险的对接，从而推动智慧健康养老产业的发展。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the willingness to pay and influencing factors of the urban elderly for smart health care services, and to explore their demands. Methods This study collected data through questionnaire survey, and used ordinal multi-categorical logistic regression model for data analysis. Results Elderly reported a low level willingness to pay for smart health care services. And educational achievement, occupation, medical insurance type, and main caregiver were significantly associated with their willingness to pay. Conclusion In order to promote the development of the smart health care industry, it is important to improve the smart health care system, strengthen the ageing-suitability of smart health care products, subdivide the smart health care market, and explore the connection between smart health care and medical insurance.
