摘要:
数字化技术的普遍应用，推动了传统行业数字化转型升级和持续性技术创新，医疗健康服务行业也不例外。数字健康是数字技术与医疗健康服务相结合的新型服务模式。在准确把握数字健康内涵前提下，阐释数字化时代数字健康在应用领域、目标群体、运营模式上的特征，探索数字健康面临的重要挑战，从主体、技术、环境三维度提出数字健康的治理路径，阐释提升数字健康治理能力的具体举措，为实现健康优先发展战略提供现实和理论依据。
Abstract:
The widespread application of digital technology promotes the digital transformation and upgrading and continuous technological innovation of traditional industries, so does it in health industry. Digital health is a new service mode combining digital technology and health service. Understanding the connotation of the digital health, we interpreted digital health characteristics from its application, target group, and operation mode. This study explored challenges faced by digital health, and proposed governance pathways from the subject, technology, and environment. This study also specified strategies to improve digital health governance capacity, so as to provide realistic and theoretical basis for realizing the health-first development strategy.
