摘要:
农村订单定向医学生享受了国家招生优惠政策并签订了定向就业协议，但在就业过程中普遍存在违约现象。通过分析定向生在招生、培养、就业过程中契约精神的背离问题，提出从思想、待遇、机制上寻求契约精神的回归路径，使定向生真正成为扎根农村的全科医生、农村居民的“健康守门人”。
Abstract:
Rural-oriented target admission medical graduates enjoy the national preferential policies for enrollment and signed a targeted employment agreement, but there are widespread breaches of contract in the process of employment. By analyzing the deviation of the contracting spirit of targeted medical graduates in the process of enrollment, training and employment, this study proposed a return back path to seek the contracting spirit from the perspective of thinking, treatment and mechanism, so that targeted medical graduates can truly become general practitioners as well as gatekeepers or rural residents.
