目的：分析四川省医院床位配置状况及利用效率，为医院床位配置和管理提供科学依据。方法：采用描述性分析法、床位效率指数和床位利用模型，评价四川省医院床位配置状况和利用效率。结果： 四川省医院床位数每年以6%以上的速度增长，每千常住人口的医院床位数从2015年的4.21张增长到2019年的5.61张。从床位效率指数来看，四川省综合医院床位为等效率和高效率运行，中医医院床位从2017年起高效率运行，中西医结合医院、民族医院和专科医院床位为低效率运行；公立医院床位为高效率运行，民营医院为低效率运行。从床位利用模型来看，四川省综合医院床位为效率型和周转型，中医医院床位为效率型，民族医院和专科医院床位为闲置型；公立医院床位为效率型，民营医院床位为闲置型。结论：四川省医院床位总体较为充足，要合理控制医院床位规模，不同类别医院床位的利用管理应各有侧重，同时需明确民营医院的市场定位，提高其床位的利用效率。
Abstract:
Objective This study analyzed the allocation status and utilization efficiency of hospital beds in Sichuan Province, in order to provide a scientific basis for the allocation and management of hospital beds. Methods Descriptive statistical analysis, bed efficiency index and bed utilization model were used to evaluate the allocation status and utilization efficiency of hospital beds in Sichuan Province. Results Hospital beds in Sichuan Province has increased at a annual rate of over 6%. The number of beds per 1 000 permanent residents in the hospital has increased from 4.21 in 2015 to 5.61 in 2019. From the perspective of bed efficiency index, the beds of Sichuan General Hospital operated with equal efficiency and high efficiency, the beds of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hospitals had operated with high efficiency since 2017, and the beds of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine hospitals, ethnic hospitals and specialized hospitals operated inefficiently. Public hospitals operated with high efficiency, while private hospitals operated with low efficiency. From the perspective of the bed utilization model, the beds in Sichuan General Hospitals were efficient and weekly transformations, the beds in TCM hospitals were efficient, and the beds in ethnic hospitals and specialist hospitals were idle. The beds in public hospitals were efficient, and the beds in private hospitals were idle. Conclusion The overall size of hospital beds in Sichuan Province is relatively sufficient, and the size of hospital beds must be reasonably controlled. The utilization of beds in different types of hospitals is inconsistent, and the utilization and management of hospital beds should have their own focus. Public hospitals have high bed efficiency and private hospitals have more beds left unused. It is necessary to clarify the market positioning of private hospitals.
