目的：分析中医医院临床科室的运行效率，为医院科室发展提供参考依据。方法：运用数据包络分析（DEA）方法分析临床科室技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率，对DEA无效科室进行投影分析。结果：22个临床科室中7个科室的技术效率有效，13个科室纯技术效率有效，9个科室规模效率有效，DEA无效科室中存在投入冗余和产出不足的现象。结论：中医医院整体运行效率不高，投入冗余现象普遍存在，应运用数据包络分析结果合理配置卫生资源，差异化管理临床科室，重点提高中医药诊疗水平。
Abstract:
Objective This study analyzed the operation efficiency of clinical departments in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital to provide reference for the development of departments. Methods Data envelopment analysis was used to calculate the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of clinical departments, and projection analysis was carried out for DEA ineffective departments. Results Among the 22 clinical departments, 7 departments showed technical efficiency, 13 departments presented effective pure technology, and 9 departments exhibited effective scale. There existed redundant inputs and insufficient outputs in DEA ineffective departments. Conclusion The overall operation efficiency of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals is not well, and investment redundancy is common. The evaluation results of data envelopment analysis should be used to take differentiated management measures, develop the medical technology and reasonably organize the investment scale of departments, and improve the operation efficiency of hospitals.
