摘要:
目的：分析贫困精神分裂症患者的医疗费用及其影响因素，为降低患者疾病经济负担提供实证依据。方法：采集2018年重庆某区571名贫困精神分裂症患者就诊数据，以安德森卫生服务修正模型为理论框架，分析医疗费用的影响因素。结果：贫困精神分裂症患者医疗费用高于其他疾病人群，患者医疗费用受多种因素影响，其中是否享受二代药项目救助、是否家庭医生签约对象、年龄、医保类型、就诊次数、就诊机构类型、就诊机构级别和医疗方式对医疗费用具有显著影响。结论：减轻贫困精神分裂症患者医疗费用负担，需要从多方面综合考虑。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the medical expenses of poor schizophrenia patients and their influencing factors, and to provide empirical evidence for reducing the economic burden of the disease. Methods The medical treatment data of 571 impoverished schizophrenia patients in a district of Chongqing in 2018 were collected, and the influencing factors of medical expenses were analyzed using the Anderson Health Service Modified Model as the theoretical framework. Results The medical expenses of poor patients with schizophrenia were higher than those of other disease groups. And the medical expenses of patients were affected by many factors, including whether they enjoyed the second-generation drug project assistance, whether the family doctor contracted, age, medical insurance type, number of visits, and type of medical institution, the level of medical institutions and medical methods. Conclusion To reduce the burden of medical expenses for poor schizophrenia patients, it is necessary to comprehensively consider from many aspects.
