摘要:
从“经济-认知”的角度，分析中医就诊的影响因素。结果显示：在经济因素中，个人层面的可负担性降低了居民中医就诊的意愿，社区层面的医疗资源可及性提高了中医就诊意愿；在认知因素中，医疗就诊预期中的关系性交换预期增加了中医就诊意愿，而专家权力预期减少了中医就诊意愿，医疗就诊习惯中的依从性提高了就诊意愿。
Abstract:
From the perspective of "economy-cognition", the influencing factors of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment were analyzed. The results showed that among economic factors, affordability at the individual level reduced residents' willingness to seek medical treatment in TCM, while the availability of medical resources at community level increased the willingness to seek medical treatment in traditional Chinese medicine. Among cognitive factors, the relational exchange in medical consultation expectations increased the willingness to seek medical treatment in TCM, while the expectation of expert power reduced the willingness to seek medical treatment in TCM.
