摘要:
系统阐述了荷兰“体医融合”疾病防治与健康服务模式的发展现状，总结归纳了主要做法，如确立“医疗系统+运动经纪人”的协作机制、建立“体医融合”数字化服务平台、举办医患专属运动挑战赛、建立竞争型医疗保险体系等，实现了体育与医疗部门的深度合作。基于此，结合我国“体医融合”的发展实际，提出启示：加大“体医融合”宣传力度，培育大众主动健康管理理念；政府与市场双管齐下，完善医疗保险制度；深化体育与医疗卫生部门协作，实现多学科交叉融合；创新发展模式，打造“体医融合”数字化服务平台。
Abstract:
The current development of the Dutch "Integration of Sports and Medicine" disease prevention and health service model is systematically described, and the main practices are summarized, such as establishing the collaboration mechanism of "Medical System + Sports Broker", the establishment of a "integration of sports and medicine" digital service platform, the organization of exclusive sports challenges for doctors and patients, and the establishment of a competitive health insurance system. Based on this, and taking into account the actual development of "integration of sports and medicine" in China, we proposed to increase the publicity of "integration of sports and medicine" and cultivate the concept of active health management among the general public. It is necessary to improve the health insurance system through a two-pronged approach of the government and the market. Also, it is recommended to deepen the collaboration between sports and health sectors to achieve multidisciplinary cross-fertilisation, and to build a digital service platform for the integration of sports and medicine.
