摘要:
当前，我国社区居家护理尚处于探索阶段，要明确社区居家护理高质量发展的内涵，从护理人员、护理服务、护理环境、护理设施、护理管理5个方面优化社区居家护理发展路径，并从政策、资金、人才方面提供保障，实现社区居家护理高质量发展。
Abstract:
At present, community home care in China is still in the exploration stage. It is necessary to clarify the connotation of high-quality development of community home care, optimize the development path of community home care in five aspects: nursing staff, nursing services, nursing environment, nursing facilities and nursing management, and provide guarantees in terms of policies, funds and talents to realize high-quality development of community home care.
