摘要:
目的：对智慧医疗服务可及性进行评价，提高医疗卫生服务的公平性。方法：采用文献量化分析、问卷调查法、层次分析法、熵值法，构建智慧医疗服务可及性评价指标体系并进行实证。结果：构建了智慧医疗服务可及性评价模型，对智慧医疗服务可及性进行评价，发现居民对智慧医疗服务可及性的总体评价较低，其中可获得性和可适应性得分较低。结论：加强智慧医疗服务的精细化管理，提供专人指导服务；提升智慧医院平台兼容性和安全性，促进智慧医疗资源协同配置；建立自适应的动态反馈跟踪制度，提高智慧医疗使用意愿。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the accessibility of smart medical services and improve the equity of medical and health services. Methods Quantitative analysis of literature, questionnaire survey method, hierarchical analysis method and entropy value method were used to construct an index system for evaluating the accessibility of smart medical services and to conduct empirical survey. Results An evaluation model of the accessibility of smart healthcare services was constructed to evaluate the accessibility of smart healthcare services. We found that residents' overall evaluation of the accessibility of smart healthcare services was low, among which the scores of accessibility and adaptability were low. Conclusion It is recommended to strengthen the refined management of smart medical services and provide dedicated guidance services. It is important to improve the compatibility and security of the smart hospital platform to promote the collaborative allocation of smart medical resources. Furthermore, it is necessary to establish an adaptive dynamic feedback tracking system to improve the willingness to use smart medical care.
