摘要:
在文献回顾的基础上，以防治艾滋病的财政资金为例，构建了卫生健康财政资金绩效管理模式，包括绩效目标管理、绩效监控管理、绩效评价管理、结果运用管理4个环节，同时为每个环节提供了操作规程，实用性、操作性较强。
Abstract:
On the basis of literature review, a performance management model of health and health financial funds was constructed on the basis of financial funds for the prevention and control of AIDS, including four links of performance target management, performance monitoring management, performance evaluation management and result application management. At the same time, operational protocols were provided for each link, which were practical and operative.
