摘要:
系统梳理了国家层面和地方层面针对罕见病患者的医疗保障政策，分析了罕见病患者医疗保障制度存在的现实问题——制度供给不足与定位不清、诊疗水平局限与地区差异、药品可及性差，从制度供给、诊疗水平、药物保障三个方面提出加强我国罕见病患者医疗保障的具体建议。
Abstract:
This study made systematic review of medical security policy for rare disease patients from national and local level. Insufficient system supply and unclear positioning, unsatisfactory diagnosis and treatment skill and regional variance, and limited drug accessibility were found to stand in the way of development of medical security system for rare disease patients. We suggested to improve this system from the perspective of system supply, clinical skill, and drug security.
