摘要:
为了解新冠肺炎疫情对不同层次中医院的实际影响，对比分析疫情前后南京市级和区级中医院运营指标的变化，发现疫情期间区级中医院的运营压力明显大于市级中医院，市级中医院的运营恢复能力强于区级中医院，同时疫情防控财政补偿不足，区级中医院防疫赤字严重，次均医疗费用增长明显。对此，中医院应提高应急管理能力，调整运营思路；政府应加大支持力度，尽快恢复中医院运营能力。
Abstract:
In order to understand the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on TCM hospitals at different levels, this article analyzed the changes of operational indicators of Nanjing municipal and district TCM hospitals before and after the epidemic. It was found that the operation pressure of district TCM hospitals period was significantly higher than that of municipal TCM hospitals during the epidemic period, while the operation recovery capacity of municipal TCM hospital was higher than that of district TCM hospitals. The financial compensation for the epidemic prevention and control was insufficient, the deficit of district TCM hospitals was more serious, and the average medical expenses rose significantly during the epidemic period. Therefore, TCM hospitals should improve their emergency management ability and adjust their operation ideas. The government should strengthen supports in order to restore the operation capacity of TCM hospitals as soon as possible.
