摘要:
学科建设是引领医院发展的龙头，体现了医院的科研实力、学术水平和核心竞争力。本文以某大型综合医院为例，对其学科建设情况进行问卷调查，从员工认知角度分析学科建设发展情况，并在此基础上提出建议：集中资源，做大做强优势学科；培养一批优秀的学科带头人；加强人才梯队建设；注重科研平台建设；建立学科评价体系。
Abstract:
Disciplinary construction is the leader the leader of hospital development, reflecting the scientific research capability, academic level, and core competitiveness of hospitals. Taking a large general hospital as an example, this article conducts a questionnaire survey on discipline construction, analyzes the development of discipline construction from the perspective of employee cognition, and puts forward suggestions, including centralizing resources to expand and strengthen advantageous disciplines, cultivating a group of outstanding discipline leaders, strengthening the construction of talent echelons, building scientific research platforms, and establishing a disciplinary evaluation system.
