摘要:
目的：了解多院区医院招标采购同质化管理现状，提出对策建议。方法：设计调查问卷，获取多院区医院招标管理现状资料，采用描述性统计法和百分比法进行分析。结果：多院区医院招标采购管理模式多样、管理权责不清晰是影响实现同质化管理的主要障碍，如何实现效率与效益共赢是关键问题。结论：多院区医院应正确把握同质化内涵，建立集中招采管理模式，注重内部控制，搭建招采信息平台，关注战略转型，推动公立医院运营管理高质量发展。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the current situation of the homogeneous management of bidding procurement in multi-district hospitals, and to put forward countermeasures. Methods This study used self-design questionnaire to collect data of current performance of bidding management in multi-district hospitals, and analyze the data by descriptive statistics and percentage method. Results The management mode of bidding procurement in multi-district hospitals is multiple and polymorphic. Unclear management rights and responsibilities are the main obstacles to homogeneous management. The efficiency and benefits of bidding procurement become the key issues. Conclusion In multi-district hospitals, we should correctly grasp the connotation of homogeneity, establish a centralized bidding management mode, emphasize the internal control, build an information platform, pay attention to strategic transformation, and promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.
