通过分析公立医院经济合同履行环节的现状，有效识别经济合同在履行环节存在的风险，以河南省人民医院为例，介绍其在合同履约管理信息化建设中的多项智能管控措施，从影像、关键条款、合同变更、预算、结算、实时管理等环节探讨如何有效防范经济活动风险，筑牢公立医院高质量发展的经济安全底线。
Abstract:
Analyzing the current situation of the performance of economic contracts in public hospitals, the article identifies the risks in the performance of economic contracts. Taking Henan Provincial People's Hospital as an example, the article introduces multiple intelligent control measures in the informatization construction of contract performance management, explores how to effectively prevent economic risks from aspects such as imaging, key clauses, contract changes, budgeting, settlement, and real-time management, and establishes the economic safety bottom line for the high-quality development of public hospitals.
