摘要:
未来中国整合型医疗卫生服务体系的蓝图包括两层六级：两层是指医疗中心和健康管理平台，分别包含三个级别，即国家、省级和地市级专科医疗中心，以及县（区）医院、乡镇卫生院/社区卫生服务中心、村卫生室/社区卫生服务站。整合型医疗卫生服务体系的创新意义在于，突出了家庭医生签约服务的作用，契合了新时期卫生健康工作方针，融合了不同类型服务，确保“健康中国”战略及行动落地。
Abstract:
The blueprint for integrated health care service system for the Future includes two platforms and six levels in China. Two platforms refer to the medical center platform and the health management platform, each consisting of three levels, namely national, provincial, and municipal specialized medical centers, county hospitals, township health centers/community health service centers, and village health clinics/community health service stations. Its innovative significance lies in highlighting the role of family doctor contract services, aligning with the guiding principles for health work in the new era, integrating different types of health services, and ensuring the implementation of the Healthy China strategy and actions.
