摘要:
医疗服务价格指数是医疗服务价格调整和管理的重要工具。2019年医疗服务项目价格调整后，武汉市医疗服务项目定价整体提高，总价格指数为126.67%；体现更高技术劳务价值的一般医疗服务、一般检查治疗、手术治疗等项目价格涨幅较大，超声检查类与检验类项目价格下调；占总项目数16.87%的项目，其累计收费金额占总收费金额的80%，用这些项目计算的价格指数为120.68%。建议动态调整医疗服务价格指数计算的项目，并以成本为依据，合理调整医疗服务项目价格，适应医疗技术、医保政策等变化带来的影响。
Abstract:
The medical service price index is an important tool for adjusting and managing medical service prices. After this round of price adjustment of medical service projects in 2019, the overall prices of medical service projects in Wuhan have increased, with a total price index of 126.67%. The prices of general medical services, general examination and treatment, and surgical treatment, which reflect higher technical and labor values, have increased significantly, while the prices of ultrasound and laboratory examination projects have decreased. The cumulative fee amount for the projects, which accounts for 16.87% of the total number of projects, accounts for 80% of the total fee amount, and the price index calculated using these projects is 120.68%. It is recommended to dynamically adjust the projects included in the calculation of the medical service price index, reasonably adjust the prices of medical service projects based on the cost, and adapt to the impact of changes in medical technology, medical insurance policies, and other factors.
