摘要:
多学科运营管理是公立医院实现高质量发展目标的必经之路。A医院将临床多学科诊疗模式运用到医院运营管理中，取得了较好的成效，为大型公立医院多学科运营管理提供了思路和方法：组建有研究能力的多学科运营管理队伍，健全纵向到底、横向到边的多学科运营管理组织架构，持续精细化信息系统建设，助力医院实现高质量发展目标。
Abstract:
Multidisciplinary operation management is a necessary path for public hospitals to achieve high-quality development goals. The clinical multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment model has been applied to hospital operation management in A hospital, achieving good results, providing ideas and methods for the multidisciplinary operation management of large public hospitals. It is necessary to establish a multi-disciplinary operation management team with research capabilities, improve the organizational structure of multi-disciplinary operation management with vertical to bottom and horizontal to edge, continuously refine the construction of information systems, and assist the hospital in achieving high-quality development goals.
