摘要:
目的：分析在医养结合养老服务供给过程中老年人的真实意愿。方法：运用计划行为理论，选择湖南省衡阳市老年人进行调查与分析。结果：老年人对医养结合养老服务的认知和了解程度较低，大多数老年人希望自己的亲属提供照料服务，倾向于接受医养并重和居家服务模式，并期望费用较低。结论：当前，我国医养结合养老服务存在“供需错配”问题，应从老年人“意愿”出发，完善服务供给体系。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the real willingness of the elderly in the process of promoting integrated elderly care and medical services. Methods Using the theory of planned behavior, the elderly in Hengyang City, Hunan Province were selected for survey and analysis. Results The elderly had a low degree of cognition and understanding of integrated elderly care and medical services. Most of the elderly wanted their relatives to provide care services, tend to attach equal importance to medical and care in content and accept home-based services model, and expect lower costs. Conclusion At present, there is a mismatch between supply and demand in integrated elderly care and medical services in China, and the service supply system should be improved from the perspective of the willingness of the elderly.
