目的：考察当前南京市健康养老服务供需匹配情况，为构建供需适配的健康养老服务体系提供可行建议。方法：对南京市健康养老服务的供给和需求现状开展实地调研，对151份调查问卷数据进行统计分析，并建立健康养老服务供需匹配模型进行测算与分析。结果：数据统计与建模分析结果均显示，健康养老服务一级要素中生活照顾类、休闲娱乐类服务供需匹配度相对较高，精神慰藉类、中医药服务类供需匹配度较低；二级要素的匹配度差异较大，多数服务属于中度、低度匹配。结论：各类健康养老服务项目呈现不同程度的供不应求状态，尤其是二级要素服务之间存在一定的结构失衡和供需错配，对此应加强制度保障、健全医养结合需求评估机制、加强专业人才梯队建设、探索健康养老新模式，多措并举提升健康养老服务的供需匹配度。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the matching degree of the supply and demand of healthy elderly care services in Nanjing, and to provide feasible suggestions for building a healthy elderly care service system with appropriate matching of supply and demand. Methods A field survey was carried out on the current situation of the supply and demand of healthy elderly care services in Nanjing. 151 questionnaires were statistically analyzed, and a model for matching supply and demand of healthy elderly care services was established to measure and analyze the matching degree. Results The results of both data statistics and modeling analysis showed that, in the first-level elements of healthy elderly care services, the matching degree of supply and demand of life care services and leisure and entertainment services was relatively high, while the matching degree of supply and demand of spiritual comfort services and traditional Chinese medicine services was relatively low. There was a wide variation in the matching degree of supply and demand in the secondary-level elements of healthy elderly care services, with most services at the medium and low matching degree. Conclusion Various types of healthy elderly care services are in different degrees of short supply, especially there is a certain structural imbalance and mismatch between supply and demand in the secondary-level elements of healthy elderly care services. In this regard, multiple measures should be taken to strengthen the institutional safeguards, improve the mechanism for assessing the need of integrated elderly care and medical services, strengthen the construction of professional personnel, explore the new model of healthy elderly care services, in order to enhance the matching degree of supply and demand of healthy elderly care services.
