摘要:
以上海新华医院为例，探索建设业务系统和财务系统整合的运营数据中心。整个建设过程分为“数字财务”“智能财务”“智慧财务”三个阶段，采取进阶式执行，分别完成后台基础底座搭建、中台数据抽取治理和前台可视化智能应用，取得了显著的成效，为行业内推广提供了经验借鉴。
Abstract:
Taking Shanghai Xinhua Hospital as an example, the construction of an operational data center integrating business and finance systems has been explored. The whole construction process is divided into three phases: digital finance, intelligent finance and smart finance. The construction is implemented in a progressive manner, including completing the back-end basic foundation, the middle-end data extraction and governance, and the front-end visualization and intelligence applications, which has achieved significant results and provides experience and reference for industry promotion.
