摘要:
作为江苏省长期护理保险制度试点城市，扬州市积极构建符合自身实际的长期护理保险制度及运行机制。采取市区试点先行、稳步推进扩面、形成全面覆盖的“三步走”策略，从参保覆盖范围、筹资运行机制、失能评估机制、待遇享受标准等方面，规范了长期护理保险制度的试点运行，可以为其他试点地区完善长期护理保险制度提供实证参考。
Abstract:
As a pilot city of long-term care insurance in Jiangsu Province, Yangzhou City has actively constructed the long-term care insurance system and its operation mechanism in line with the local situation. Adopting a three-step strategy, including urban piloting first, steadily promoting expansion, and forming comprehensive coverage, the pilot operation of long-term care insurance system is standardized in terms of insurance coverage, financing operation mechanism, disability assessment mechanism, and treatment standard, in order to provide empirical references for improving the long-term care insurance system of Jiangsu Province.
