摘要:
医院信息管理工作通过对信息系统及其应用的合理化控制和协调，提高信息利用效率。随着科学技术的发展、社会环境的变迁、人们思想观念的进步，不同发展时期的医院信息管理模式和特点不同。医院信息管理工作需要从整体规划、项目实施管理、团队建设等方面着手，及时优化调整相关制度、管理模式和管理岗位，使其与医院业务发展、管理模式保持一致。
Abstract:
Through the rationalization control and coordination of information system and its application, the efficiency of information utilization can be improved in hospital information management. With the development of science and technology, changes in the social environment, the progress of people's ideological concepts, the information management models and characteristics of hospitals vary in different development stages. In hospital information management work, it is necessary to start from the overall planning, project implementation and management and team building, timely optimize and adjust the relevant systems, management models and management positions to ensure consistency with hospital business development and management models.
