摘要:
目的：厘清妇幼服务供给影响因素的层级关系，分析作用机理，为提升妇幼服务供给能力提供参考。方法：基于文献研究和专家咨询，梳理妇幼服务供给能力的影响因素，构建妇幼服务供给能力影响因素解释结构模型。结果：妇幼服务供给能力影响因素的解释结构模型包含6个层级，可划分为表象层、中间层、决定层3个层次，中间层因素既对表象层因素产生影响，又受深层次因素的影响。结论：为提升妇幼服务供给能力，需合理布局妇幼机构，提高服务可及性；明确机构功能定位，提高综合服务能力；提升人员专业素质，提高过程性服务能力。
Abstract:
Objective To clarify the hierarchical relationship of the influencing factors of maternal and child service supply, analyze the mechanism of action, and to provide reference for improving the capacity of maternal and child services. Methods Based on literature research and expert consultation, the influencing factors of the supply capacity of maternal and child services were sorted out, and an explanatory structure modeling of influencing factors of the supply capacity of maternal and child services was constructed. Results The explanatory structure modeling of the influencing factors of the supply capacity of maternal and child services contained 6 levels, which can be divided into 3 layers, namely, representation layer, intermediate layer and decision layer. The intermediate layer factors had an impact on the apparent layer factors as well as being influenced by the deep layer factors. Conclusion It is necessary to reasonably layout maternal and child institutions to improve service accessibility, clarify the positioning of institutional functions to improve comprehensive service capabilities, and improve the professional quality of personnel to enhance process service capabilities.
