摘要:
当前，医院医疗设备的成本管理普遍存在模式粗放、管理松散、效率低下等问题。对此，A医院基于成本管控视角，探索医疗设备管理的有效路径：建立全生命周期管理信息系统，购置决策与成本管理相融合，优化采购流程，完善绩效考核，加强一物一码的全链条数据管理，强化效益分析，严格执行报废流程；通过优化关键流程，提升医疗设备成本管控能力，实现降本增效提质的战略目标，促进医院高质量发展。
Abstract:
At present, there are common problems such as extensive patterns, loose management, and low efficiency in the cost management of medical equipment in hospitals. In this regard, A hospital explores effective paths for medical equipment management from the perspective of cost control, Including establishing a whole lifecycle management information system, integrating procurement decision-making with cost management, optimizing procurement processes, improving performance evaluation, strengthening the full chain data management of one item corresponding to one code, strengthening benefit analysis, and strictly implementing the scrapping process. By optimizing key processes, the hospital can enhance their ability of cost management of medical equipment, achieve the strategic goal of reducing costs and improving quality, and promote high-quality development.
