摘要:
目的：分析恶性肿瘤化疗患者住院费用及影响因素，为合理控费、完善医保支付方式改革提供建议。方法：采用单因素分析、相关性分析和结构方程模型，对样本医院恶性肿瘤化疗患者住院费用及影响因素进行分析。结果：药费、住院天数和病种是恶性肿瘤化疗患者住院费用的主要影响因素。结论：为减轻恶性肿瘤患者的经济负担，应降低抗肿瘤药品价格，扩大医保支付方式改革覆盖范围，优化病种分组效能；加强住院化疗的临床路径管理，建立化疗不良反应预警系统，开展日间门诊化疗。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the hospitalization costs and influencing factors of chemotherapy patients with malignant tumors. Methods One-way analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the hospitalization costs and influencing factors of chemotherapy patients with malignant tumors in the sample hospitals. Results Drug costs, hospitalization days and disease types were the main influencing factors on hospitalization costs for chemotherapy patients with malignant tumors. Conclusion In order to reduce the economic burden of malignant tumor patients, it is necessary to reduce the price of antitumor drugs, expand the coverage of health insurance payment method reform, optimize the efficacy of disease grouping, strengthen the clinical pathway management of inpatient chemotherapy, establish early warning systems for adverse reactions to chemotherapy, and carry out daytime outpatient chemotherapy.
