摘要:
目的：分析国家药品集采中选儿童可用药品的特点及存在的问题，提出政策优化建议，保障儿童用药安全。方法：采用比较分析法，挖掘分析九个批次集采中选儿童可用药品在品种、剂型、规格、说明书等方面的特点及存在的问题。结果：集采中选儿童可用药品的品种、疾病覆盖、适宜剂型、适宜规格与临床需求存在差距，儿童临床用药供应不平衡；中选药品说明书儿童用药信息存在不合理、不充分情形，影响儿童用药安全。结论：持续优化药品集采策略和规则，逐步将符合条件的儿童用药纳入集采范围，满足儿童用药需求；鼓励和促进企业更新药品使用说明书有关儿童用药事项，确保中选儿童可用药品在临床上的安全、有效、可及。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the characteristics and existing problems of selected drugs available to children in national centralized volume-based procurement of drugs, and to put forward suggestions for policy optimization to ensure the safety of children's drugs. Methods Comparative analysis was used to explore the characteristics and existing problems of drugs available to children selected from nine batches of centralized volume-based procurement of drugs in terms of varieties, dosage forms, specifications and instructions. Results There was a gap between the varieties, disease coverage, suitable dosage forms and specifications of drugs available to children in centralized volume-based procurement and the clinical demand, and the supply of drugs for children was unbalanced. The information in the instruction manual of the selected children's drugs was unreasonable and insufficient, which affected the safety of children's drugs. Conclusion It is necessary to continuously optimize the strategies and rules of centralized volume-based procurement of drugs and gradually bring qualified children's drugs into the scope of centralized volume-based procurement to meet children's drug demand, and encourage and promote enterprises to update the instructions for children's drugs to ensure safe, effective and accessible of selected drugs available to children in clinic.
