目的:从医患双方视角调查中医支付方式满意度并分析影响因素,为完善中医支付方式改革和促进中医医院高质量发展提供实证依据。方法:对典型试点医院医务人员及患者开展问卷调查,利用随机森林模型分析主要影响因素。结果:医务人员对中医支付方式的总体满意度为68.7%,随机森林模型AUC为0.84,影响因素为工作岗位(0.570)、性别(0.115)和年龄(0.100);患者对中医支付方式的总体满意度为58.9%,随机森林模型AUC为0.53,影响因素为家庭规模(0.152)、年龄(0.132)和家庭年收入(0.120)。结论:医务人员总体满意度较高,应靶向开展政策宣介,激发临床人员参与改革的内生动力;患者知晓度和满意度较低,应强化宣传引导,结合患者需求进一步完善改革措施。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the satisfaction of traditional Chinese medicine payment methods from the perspectives of both doctors and patients and analyze the influencing factors, and to provide empirical evidence for improving the reform of traditional Chinese medicine payment methods and promoting the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals. Methods The medical staff and patients in a typical pilot hospital were surveyed using a questionnaire, and the main influencing factors were analyzed using a random forest model. Results The overall satisfaction rate of medical staff with traditional Chinese medicine payment methods was 68.7%. The AUC of the random forest model was 0.84, and the affecting factors were job position(0.570), gender(0.115), and age(0.100). The overall satisfaction rate of patients with traditional Chinese medicine payment methods was 58.9%. The AUC of the random forest model was 0.53, and the influencing factors were family size(0.152), age(0.132), and annual household income(0.120). Conclusion The overall satisfaction of medical staff is relatively high, and targeted policy propaganda should be carried out to stimulate the endogenous motivation of clinical staff to participate in the reform. The awareness and satisfaction of patients are relatively low, and it is necessary to strengthen publicity and guidance, and further improve reform measures based on the needs of patients.
