目的：分析我国健康服务业发展现状、发展特点和存在的问题，对未来发展提出建议。方法：根据第三次、第四次中国经济普查年鉴数据，统计分析我国健康服务业的发展变化情况。结果：我国健康服务业总体规模增长较快，企业法人单位从230.88万个增加至692.11万个，从业人员从4 205.77万人增加到7 870.13万人，营业收入从22.51万亿元增加到39.25万亿元；但8个子行业发展不均衡，新兴子行业发展不足，相关专业人才缺乏，居民健康素养水平不高。结论：引导和促进健康服务业各子行业均衡发展，鼓励和支持新兴子行业，加大健康服务相关人才培养力度，发挥互联网在健康知识普及中的作用，助力全民健康素养提升。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the current situation, development characteristics and existing problems of health service industry in China, and to make suggestions for future development. Methods According to the data of the third and fourth China Economic Census Yearbook, the development and changes of health service industry in China were analyzed. Results The overall scale of health service industry in China had grown relatively fast, with the number of corporate units increasing from 2 308 800 to 6 921 100, the number of employees increasing from 42 057 700 to 78 701 300, and the business income increasing from 22.51 trillion yuan to 39.25 trillion yuan. However, the development of the eight sub-industries was uneven, with insufficient development in emerging sub-industries was, a lack of relevant professionals, and a low level of residents' health literacy. Conclusion It is necessary to guide and promote the balanced development of various sub- industries of the health service industry, encourage and support emerging sub- industries, increase the training of related health service talents, play the role of the Internet in the popularization of health knowledge and help improve the health literacy of the whole population.
