摘要:

当前，公立医院医疗设备配置存在存量设备使用效益低、新增设备缺少统筹规划、新增设备论证不充分、设备配置忽视绩效等问题，导致医疗设备闲置与短缺并存，设备利用效率效益不高。公立医院应以项目库为抓手，做好医疗设备中长期配置规划；优化新增医疗设备论证，提升设备配置精准度；盘活存量设备，将成本管控、绩效管理理念融入医疗设备优化配置策略；运用信息技术，提高医疗设备管理质效，最大化发挥医疗设备使用效能，助力医院健康可持续发展。

Abstract:

At present, there exists some problems in medical equipment configuration in public hospitals, such as the low efficiency of equipment use, the lack of unified planning, insufficient argumentation for the new equipment configuration, and low attention to the performance evaluation of equipment configuration, resulting in the coexistence of idle and scarce medical equipment, with low efficiency and benefits in equipment utilization. Public hospitals should take the project library as a hand to do a good job in the medium and long term configuration planning of medical equipment, optimize the new medical equipment argumentation and improve the accuracy of equipment configuration; revitalize the stock of equipment and integrate cost control and performance management concept into the optimization of medical equipment configuration strategy, and improve the quality and efficiency of medical equipment management by using information technology and maximize the effectiveness of medical equipment, so as to help the hospital healthy and sustainable development.
