摘要:
目的：分析医疗机构药学服务收费政策落地的挑战，提出优化策略。方法：对药学服务关键利益主体进行半结构化访谈，调查对药学服务收费政策的认知情况。结果：利益相关者认为药学服务收费政策可以有效提升服务质量、增强药师的职业归属感，但政策落地在服务能力、价值证据、管理体系等方面面临挑战。结论：提升药学服务供给能力，积累价值评估证据，加强跨部门协同管理，立足我国实际促进药学服务收费政策的落地。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the challenges of the implementation of pharmaceutical service charging policies in medical institutions, and to propose optimization strategies. Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted with key stakeholders of pharmacy services to investigate the knowledge of pharmaceutical service charging policies. Results Stakeholders believed that the pharmaceutical service charging policies could effectively improve service quality and enhance pharmacists' sense of professional belonging. However, the implementation of policies faced challenges in terms of service capacity, value evidence, and management systems. Conclusion It is necessary to enhance the supply capacity of pharmaceutical services, accumulate evidence of value assessment, strengthen cross-departmental collaborative management, and promote the implementation of the pharmaceutical service charging policies based on the actual situation in China.
