摘要:
目的：探讨农村失能老人主动健康行为的影响因素。方法：对河南省农村失能老人进行半结构式访谈，基于程序化扎根理论方法对访谈资料进行三级编码。结果：构建了农村失能老人主动健康行为的影响因素分析模型，提炼出4个主范畴，其中患者相关因素（疾病认知、健康责任感、健康行为感知和疾病进展恐惧）是农村失能老人主动健康行为的内源驱动力，健康行为特征（健康监测、信息获取、服药依从、主动求医和健康促进）是原始推动力，家庭和社会相关因素则是外源驱动力。结论：制定精准化、适农化的健康干预方案，提高农村失能老人主动健康行为水平，改善其健康结局。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the influencing factors of proactive health behaviors of rural disabled elderly. Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the rural disabled elderly in Henan Province, and the interview data were coded at three levels based on the procedural grounded theory method. Results A model for analyzing the influencing factors of proactive health behaviors of rural disabled elderly was constructed, including 4 main categories, Patient-related factors(disease awareness, health responsibility, perceived health behaviors, and fear of disease progression) are endogenous drivers of proactive health behaviors of rural disabled elderly. Health behavior characteristics(health monitoring, information acquisition, medication adherence, proactive healthcare-seeking, and health promotion) are primordial drivers, and family support and social support are exogenous drivers. Conclusion Based on this, precise and suitable intervention plans can be developed to improve the proactive health behaviors of rural disabled elderly and enhance their health outcomes.
