摘要:
目的：研究人口经济特征视角下区域医疗服务效率。方法：利用2007—2021年省际面板数据，采用系统聚类分析和生产函数模型，实证分析我国10个区域的医疗服务效率。结果：人口密集、经济发展水平较高的区域，医疗服务效率相对较高；不同人口经济特征下各区域对医疗服务生产要素的需求程度不同；各区域医疗服务系统的经济效率和社会效率存在共性，也有差异。结论：基于不同人口经济特征，因地制宜地制定医疗服务效率改进策略，合理调整医疗服务生产要素的投入结构，加强区域医疗中心建设和县域医共体建设，稳步推进医保省级统筹，提高区域医疗服务整体效率。
Abstract:
Objective To study the efficiency of regional medical services from the perspective of demographic and economic characteristics. Methods Using inter-provincial panel data from 2007 to 2021, systematic cluster analysis and production function model were used to empirically analyze the efficiency of medical services in 10 regions of China. Results The efficiency of medical services in regions with dense population and higher level of economic development was relatively higher. The degree of demand for medical service production factors varied across regions with different demographic and economic characteristics. There were commonalities and differences in the economic and social efficiency of medical service systems across regions. Conclusion It is necessary to formulate strategies to improve the efficiency of medical services based on demographic and economic characteristics and regional realities, reasonably adjust the investment structure of medical service production factors, strengthen the construction of regional medical centers and county-level medical communities, and steadily promote provincial level coordination of medical insurance, so as to improve the overall efficiency of regional medical services.
