摘要:
中医DRG改革存在政策本身合法性较弱、执行机构协同性不佳、目标群体政策认同度不高、政策执行环境支持不够等执行困境。对此，应加强政策顶层设计，提升各部门的协同性；制定符合中医诊疗逻辑的DRG分组方案；同时，加强信息化平台建设，提升目标群体认同度，共同推进中医DRG改革的执行。
Abstract:
DRG reform in traditional Chinese medicine suffers from implementation dilemmas, such as weak legitimacy of the policies, poor synergy among implementing agencies, low policy recognition in target groups, and insufficient support for policy implementation environment. In this regard, it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design of the policies to enhance the synergy of various departments, construct the DRG grouping scheme in line with the logic of diagnosis and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine, and strengthen the construction of the informatization platform to enhance the recognition of the target groups, so as to promote the implementation of DRG reform in traditional Chinese medicine.
