摘要:
医用耗材的SPD数据管理对医院高质量发展具有决定性作用。当前，一些医院对医用耗材数据统计不准确、不完整，存在使用不规范、数据管理人员专业水平不高、财务监督不到位等问题。对此，医院应结合实际，建立以“中间库”为介质的数据共享公共平台，统一耗材数据口径；健全SPD与HIS、HRP等系统财务对账机制，提高耗材数据准确性；以岗位职责为依托，以信息化为手段，规范数据管理；加强业务培训，建立SPD数据管理的专业化队伍；建立以财务监督为主、多部门协同的SPD监督考核机制，杜绝廉政风险事件的发生，守护全民健康。
Abstract:
SPD data management of medical consumables has a decisive role in the high-quality development of hospitals. At present, some hospitals have inaccurate and incomplete data statistics on medical consumables, and there are problems such as unstandardized use, low professional level of data managers and inadequate financial supervision. In this regard, according to reality, hospitals should establish a data sharing public platform based on the "intermediate database" as a medium to unify the data caliber of consumables, establish a sound financial reconciliation mechanism between SPD, HIS and HRP to improve the accuracy of consumables data, standardize data management based on job responsibilities and information technology, strengthen technical training to establish a specialized team for SPD data management, and establish an SPD supervision and assessment mechanism with financial supervision as the main focus and multi departmental collaboration to prevent the occurrence of anti-corruption risk events, so as to safeguard the health for all.
