摘要:
综合医院儿科绩效分配存在一些值得商榷的问题，比如是否需要特殊对待、是否应该多劳多得、工作量衡量是否越细越好等。某综合医院从维护公益性和提高激励性角度出发，探索“平均奖补贴+超额工作奖励”的儿科绩效分配模式，取得了良好的效果，可以为其他综合医院儿科绩效分配提供有益借鉴。
Abstract:
There are some debatable issues in the performance allocation of pediatrics in general hospitals, such as whether special treatment should be given, whether more money for more work is needed, and whether it is better to measure the workload as detailed as possible. In this study, from the maintenance of public welfare and the improvement of incentives, a general hospital explored the performance allocation model of "average award subsidies + excess work reward" in pediatric, and achieved good results, which can provide useful reference for other general hospitals.
