摘要:
三明医改经验正在全国范围内复制推广，对涉及的各方利益相关者（如医务人员、患者、政府、医保基金、医药企业等）都将产生深远的影响。同时，推广三明医改经验存在各方面的阻滞因素，如主体利益不协调、配套措施不完善、地方融合难度大、信息化建设滞后等。对此，应加强顶层设计，强化责任落实，突出地方特色，加强宣传培训，使三明医改经验全面深入推广。
Abstract:
The experience of Sanming medical reform is being replicated and promoted nationwide, which will have far-reaching impacts on all stakeholders involved medical staff, patients, government, health insurance funds, drug and consumables suppliers. At the same time, the comprehensive promotion of Sanming medical reform experience is hampered by various factors, such as the different levels of economic development and demographic characteristics in various regions, the disharmony of main interests, the imperfection of supporting measures, the difficulty of local integration, and the lag in information construction. In this regard, it is necessary to strengthen top-level design, enhance responsibility implementation, highlight local characteristics, enhance publicity and training, so as to comprehensively and deeply promote the experience of Sanming medical reform.
