摘要:
目的：厘清贵州省医防融合的主要制约因素，探索符合实际的医防融合有效模式。方法：随机抽取贵州省的18个县（市、区）作为调查地区，通过资料收集、问卷调查、面对面访谈及专家研讨的方式对医防融合相关机构开展调研。结果：贵州省医防融合存在“大卫生、大健康”理念不强、“重医轻防”思想较为严重、人才队伍“医强防弱”、激励机制不足等问题。结论：应坚持以高质量发展为主线，推动医疗机构和疾控机构的紧密结合，从政策、组织、制度、投入、人才、信息、协作等层面创新管理机制，释放疾病防控活力，全面提高人民健康水平。
Abstract:
Objective To clarify the main constraints of integration of medical treatment and prevention in Guizhou Province, and to explore the effective model of integration of medical treatment and prevention. Methods 18 counties(districts and cities) in Guizhou Province were randomly selected as the investigation area, and the research was carried out through data collection, questionnaires, face-to-face interviews and expert seminars. Results There were problems in Guizhou Province, such as weak concept of "greater health", serious emphasis on "medical treatment over prevention", unbalance talent team with "strong in medical treatment and weak in prevention", and insufficient incentive mechanism. Conclusion It is necessary to adhere to the main line of high-quality development, promote the compact integration of medical care institutions and CDC institutions, innovate the management mechanism from the levels of policy, organization, system, investment, talent, information, collaboration, so as to comprehensively improve the health level of the people.
