摘要:
新质生产力赋能住院医师规范化培训高质量发展,其内涵可概括为:以“新质”为导向,依托新兴技术为支撑,通过整合和革新技术、人才、管理等生产要素,推动制度建设从规模扩张转向提质增效,实现医学人才队伍高质量培养。基于生产力要素的角度,当前住院医师规范化培训高质量发展仍存在现实困境,可从健全政策制度体系、推动人才理念更新、加速数智化转型升级、激活数据要素支撑等方面,为推动住院医师规范化培训高质量发展提供强大驱动力。
Abstract:
New quality productivity can empower high-quality development of standardized training for residents. Its connotation can be summarized as follows: guided by "new quality", supported by emerging technologies, by integrating and innovating production factors such as technology, talent, and management, promoting institutional construction from scale expansion to quality and efficiency improvement, and realizing high quality training of medical personnel team. Based on the perspective of productivity factors, there are realistic dilemmas in the high-quality development of standardized training for residents.It is necessary to improve the policy and system, promote the renewal of talent concepts, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of digital intelligence, and activate the support of data elements, so as to provide a strong driving force for promoting the high-quality development of standardized training for residents.
