摘要:
病案首页质控是一个整体性动态管理的过程，强调多主体的互动关系与协同治理。当前，DIP改革视域下医院病案首页协同质控存在诸多现实困境，难以凝聚共识、难以防范风险、难以激发动力、难以形成反馈。对此，应聚焦医保改革目标、修订质控政策法规、激活多主体组织效能、健全多级质控制度、打造多边联结的协同机制、强化动态监督反馈、奖励问责并施，最终构建有效互动的现代化病案治理体系，推动医院精细化管理和高质量发展。
Abstract:
The quality control medical record home pages is a comprehensive and dynamic management process, emphasizing the interactive relationship and collaborative governance of multiple subjects. Currently, under the DIP reform framework, collaborative quality control of medical record home pages in hospitals faces numerous practical challenges, including difficulties in reaching consensus, mitigating risks, motivating stakeholders, and establishing feedback mechanisms. In response, it is necessary to focus on the goals of medical insurance reform, revise quality control policies and regulations, activate multi-party organizational effectiveness, establish multi-level quality control systems, create a collaborative mechanism with multi-party connections, strengthen dynamic supervision and feedback, and implement a combination of rewards and accountability. Ultimately, this will lead to the construction of an effective, interactive modern medical record governance system, promoting refined management and high-quality development of hospitals.
