摘要:
目的：评估日间手术管理模式的可行性与效果，为提升医疗服务效率提供参考。方法：采用回顾性研究设计，收集浙江省某三级甲等综合医院2024年冠心病手术患者数据，采用倾向评分匹配法分析日间手术组与非日间手术组患者的临床指标差异。结果：日间手术管理模式显著缩短了患者住院时间、降低了费用支出，有效提升了床位周转率和患者满意度。结论：日间手术管理模式在冠心病介入治疗中具有显著的经济效益，能够有效提升医疗服务效率，是缓解医疗资源不足的有效手段。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the day surgery management model and provide references for improving the efficiency of medical services. Methods A retrospective study design was adopted. The data on patients undergoing coronary artery disease surgery in a tertiary-level general hospital in Zhejiang Province in 2024 were collected. Propensity score matching method was used to analyze differences between day surgery group and the traditional inpatient surgery group. Results The day surgery management model significantly shortened patient hospitalization time, reduced medical expenses, and effectively improved bed turnover rates and patient satisfaction. Conclusion The day surgery management model demonstrates significant economic benefits in coronary heart disease intervention therapy, effectively improving the efficiency of medical services and serving as an effective means to alleviate shortages in medical resources.
