摘要:
主动健康作为健康中国建设的重要战略基点，其作用机理是强调健康责任觉醒、服务模式转型、技术融合升级和政策协同创新，形成“认知—行为—技术—制度”的协同闭环；目前的模式选择主要包括多元主体协同治理模式、韧性健康系统模式、公共健康服务精准供给模式、社会生态联动模式。主动健康通过凝聚价值共识、重构服务网络、技术融合赋能与制度协同创新，推动健康治理从被动应对向主动干预、从碎片化管理向系统化治理转型，从而有力推动健康中国建设。
Abstract:
As a crucial strategic pillar for building a Healthy China, proactive health emphasizes health responsibility awakening, service model transformation, technological integration upgrades, and policy collaborative innovation, and forms a collaborative closed loop of "cognition, behavior, technology, system". At present, mod selections primarily include multi-stakeholder collaborative governance, resilient health systems, precision public health service delivery, and socio-ecological linkage approaches. Through fostering value consensus, restructuring service networks, accelerating technology integration and empower, and promoting institutional innovation, proactive health drives the transformation of health governance passive response to active intervention and from fragmented management to systematic governance, thereby significantly advancing the Healthy China Initiative.
