摘要:
新质生产力能够通过质量、效能和动力等内在机制变革，驱动中医药产业的高质量发展。但在实践中，中医药产业发展面临质量控制体系不完善、生产要素转型不充分、人才队伍建设不成熟等问题。对此，应从加强科技创新、加快资源整合、加速人才引进等方面入手，有效推动新质生产力赋能中医药产业转型升级，进而实现中医药产业的高质量发展。
Abstract:
New quality productive forces can drive the high-quality development of the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) industry through transformations in quality, efficiency, and momentum. However, in practice, the development of the TCM industry faces challenges such as an imperfect quality control system, insufficient transformation of production factors, and an immature talent development system. In response, measures should be taken to strengthen technological innovation, accelerate resource integration, and expedite talent attraction, thereby effectively promoting the empowerment of the TCM industry's transformation and upgrading by new quality productive forces, and ultimately achieving high-quality development of the TCM industry.
