摘要:
目的：构建紧密型县域医共体医学影像资源共享中心的信息化功能指标体系，推动县域医学影像资源的标准化、协同化与智能化应用。方法：以《紧密型县域医共体信息化功能指引》为核心政策依据，结合《全国医院信息化建设标准与规范》等技术标准以及地方实践经验，采用专家咨询法构建指标体系。结果：最终构建了包括5个一级指标、10个二级指标和31个三级指标的信息化功能指标体系，在权重分布上突出了便民惠民服务、医疗管理服务、区域医疗服务、公共卫生服务的协同应用及基层医疗卫生综合管理的重要性，充分体现了智能化技术的功能引领作用。结论：紧密型县域医共体医学影像资源共享中心的信息化功能指标体系具有较强的技术可行性和实践操作性，能够为县域医共体信息化建设提供科学、系统的参考指导。
Abstract:
Objective To establish an information function indicator system for medical imaging resource sharing centers within compact county-level medical communities, and to promote standardization, collaboration, and intelligent application of county-level medical imaging resources. Methods Using the "Guidance on the Informationization Function for Compact County-Level Medical Communities" as the core policy basis, integrating with technical standards such as the "National Hospital Informationization Construction Standards and Specifications" and local practical experience, the indicator system was constructed using the expert consultation method. Results The final informationization function indicator system consisting of 5 primary indicators, 10 secondary indicators and 31 tertiary indicators was established. Weight distribution emphasized the collaborative application of convenient and beneficial services, medical management services, regional medical services, and public health services, alongside the importance of comprehensive management of primary healthcare, which fully reflected the functional leadership role of intelligent technologies. Conclusion The informationization function indicator system for medical imaging resource sharing centers in compact county-level medical communities demonstrates strong technical feasibility and practical operability, which provides scientific and systematic reference guidance for the informationization construction in county-level medical communities.
