摘要:
居家医疗作为医疗服务模式的创新，契合我国人口老龄化、高龄化发展趋势，对提升老年人健康水平具有重要意义。根据创新扩散理论，居家医疗发展符合创新扩散的核心属性（相对优势、复杂性、可试验性、兼容性、可观察性）。各地应在“互联网+护理服务”的发展基础上，鼓励居家医疗的推广落地：健全相关政策法律，构建适配的制度环境；发挥互联网优势，拓宽居家医疗的传播渠道；运用轻量化工具，提高居家医疗响应速度；提高居家医疗服务人员的专业素养和技能。
Abstract:
Home-based healthcare, as an innovative model of healthcare services, aligns with China's trend toward an aging and super-aging population, and holds significant importance for improving the health of the elderly. According to innovation diffusion theory, the development of home-based healthcare aligns with the core attributes of innovation diffusion , such as relative advantage, complexity, testability, compatibility, and observability. Localities should build upon the development of "Internet + nursing services" to encourage the promotion and implementation of home-based healthcare, improve relevant policies and laws to establish a suitable institutional environment, leverage the advantages of the Internet to broaden the dissemination channels for home-based healthcare, utilize lightweight tools to improve the response speed of home-based healthcare, and enhance the professional competence and skills of home-based healthcare personnel.
