摘要:
医疗成本意识作为促进医疗资源合理分配的内在驱动力，是实现医疗体系健康可持续发展的基础。医疗成本意识具有多方主体参与、动态决策导向、可测量可干预和情景依赖性等特征，可通过科学的量表和评估工具测量。总结医疗成本意识的研究进展，有助于科学制定医疗成本意识干预措施，引起医务人员对成本控制的重视，为相关医疗成本政策落地提供理论依据。
Abstract:
As an intrinsic driving force for promoting the rational allocation of medical resources, medical cost awareness serves as the foundation for achieving a healthy and sustainable medical system. Characterized by multi-stakeholder participation, dynamic decision-making orientation, measurability and intervenability, and scenario dependency, medical cost awareness can be assessed through scientific scales and evaluation tools. Summarizing the research progress on medical cost awareness can aid in scientifically formulating intervention measures for medical cost awareness, draw the attention of medical personnel to cost control, and provide a theoretical basis for the implementation of relevant medical cost policies.
