摘要:
我国卫生体系具有政府主导、公益性优先、全民健康覆盖的特征，以微观经济学为基础的卫生经济学，在分析我国卫生体系发展时存在一定局限性。卫生经济学亟须以体系为视角，对基本理论、分析方法、研究内容进行完善和拓展，从宏观与社会经济层面分析卫生资源配置结构、卫生筹资、激励机制、治理策略的相互作用，以及对健康水平、公平、效率、可持续发展的共同影响。
Abstract:
China's health system is characterized by government leadership, prioritized public welfare, and universal health coverage. Health economics, which is based on microeconomics, exhibits certain limitations in analyzing the development of China's health system. It is urgent for health economics to adopt a systematic perspective to improve and expand its basic theories, analytical methods, and research content. This involves analyzing the interactions between the allocation structure of health resources, health financing, incentive mechanisms, and governance strategies from macroeconomic and socio-economic dimensions, as well as their combined impacts on health outcomes, equity, efficiency, and sustainable development.
